Pre-K Teacher

The teacher will guide a teaching team in developing classroom plans and goals, leading hands-On activities based on observations of children's interests and needs. Responsibilities also include communicating daily with parents, documenting milestones, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must meet virginia licensing requirements for daycare staff or be willing to obtain them. A child development associate (Cda) or higher is required only for lead teacher positions, and at least six months of relevant childcare experience is mandatory.
