College Bound Academic Advisor

The academic advisor implements the college bound program by coordinating with staff, students, and parents, facilitating college preparatory activities, and monitoring student academic progress to ensure program objectives are met. Key duties include developing 4-Year academic plans, providing career guidance, maintaining records, and collaborating with school personnel.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, knowledge of california high school graduation and a-G requirements, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with preferred experience in non-Profit or boys & girls club settings. Mandatory requirements include cpr/First aid certification and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including driving between sites.
