Youth Mentor - On Call

On call mentors maintain safety, structure, and continuity of care across the residential program by stepping in during critical moments to support clients and staff. This involves helping teenage students progress on their healing journey through relationship-Based, experiential therapy activities.

Candidates must pass background and motor vehicle checks and possess a current utah driver's license, with cpr/First aid and aegis training required within the first 30 days. The role demands reliability, strong crisis skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work a minimum of 64 hours per month, including two swing shifts per week.
