Youth Mentor - Intermediate Secure

Staff are responsible for providing direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to teenage girls in the intermediate secure cabin, ensuring adherence to program structure and safety protocols. Key duties include implementing security measures, utilizing de-Escalation techniques, enforcing boundaries, and accurately documenting student progress and incidents.

Candidates must be 19 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to work in the usa, passing background and motor vehicle record checks. Additional requirements include having a current utah driver's license (Within 30 days), the ability to work well in a team, strong judgment, and physical capability for various outdoor and demanding activities.
