6-8 Middle School Teacher - HAPA

The teacher is responsible for designing and delivering high-Quality, standards-Aligned lessons using only provided instructional resources, focusing on fostering student engagement, critical thinking, and social-Emotional growth across core subjects. This role also requires maintaining a positive, respectful classroom environment, enforcing school policies consistently, and actively participating in school-Wide professional and retention efforts.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and hold or be able to obtain valid state certification. Proven success working with k-8 students, a strong understanding of pedagogical theory, and a commitment to exclusively using the academy's instructional resources are essential qualifications.
