Track and Field Events/Generalist Coach

This coach coordinates track and field programming, training athletes in various field events like pole vault, high jump, long jump, triple jump, discus, or shot put. Responsibilities include developing training programs, ensuring adherence to policies, and fostering skill development, fitness, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork among student athletes.

Candidates must exhibit high professionalism, organization, and flexibility while working with high school students, parents, and staff, supporting the school's core values. Preferred requirements include a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of coaching experience, along with mandatory cpr certification and a valid driver's license for transporting athletes.
