This role is responsible for providing direction to student-athletes to help them achieve high skill levels while fostering an appreciation for physical fitness, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Maintain regular contact with parents regarding team operations; resolve conflicts professionally.
Manage equipment and uniform inventory, storage, and maintenance; submit budget requests to the Athletic Director for approval.
Maintain accurate records and complete timecards via Paycom punctually.
Position
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred).
1–2 years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level (preferred).
CPR Certified through the American Red Cross; valid driver’s license (required to transport athletes to off-campus events).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to interact thoughtfully with a diverse community, maintain confidentiality, and act as a professional representative of the school.

Requirements
Exertion: Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
Standing for long periods, walking long distances, and bending at hips/knees.
