The technician will work directly with clients on their caseload to create and manage individualized service plans (Isp) as recognized by the bcba, and implement interventions that meet each client's recognized goals. They will also build rapport, foster positive relationships, assist in recommending wrap-Around services, and act as a resource for individuals and their families.

Requirements summary
