ABA Technician - Part Time

The technician will work directly with clients on their caseload to create and manage individualized service plans (Isp) as recognized by the bcba, and implement interventions that meet each client's recognized goals. They will also build rapport, foster positive relationships, assist in recommending wrap-Around services, and act as a resource for individuals and their families.

A high school diploma is required, though a college degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred, with a master's degree being even more preferred. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, effective communication skills, a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
