Employment Specialist for Adults with Developmental Disabilities - South OC

The employment specialist will support clients with autism and intellectual disabilities in the community by facilitating meaningful connections through employment and volunteer opportunities. This role also involves teaching independent living skills, promoting adaptive behaviors, and providing necessary transportation assistance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a reliable vehicle, a valid california driver's license with insurance, and a clean driving record, as driving clients in a personal vehicle is required. Prior aba or human services experience is considered a plus, and certification in cpr/First aid and proact is required shortly after hiring.
