Key duties include staying overnight in dorms, supervising all activities, providing transportation for outings, and leading team games and sports.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be full-Time lipscomb university students maintaining at least a 3.0 gpa and must possess a minimum of one semester of volunteer experience as a peer mentor with the lipscomb ideal program. Experience as a camp counselor is preferred, alongside strong skills in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, problem-Solving, and empathy.
