Coach and instruct campers/athletes, both individually and in small groups Escort and oversee children to each rec center location Educate campers through games Set up and maintain equipment (like nets, tents) Resolve disagreements between children and address behavioral issues Make sure all safety rules are followed Perform first aid or take care of injuries as needed
