Brief Strategic Family Therapist

The role involves managing a caseload of 8-10 adolescents (Ages 6-18) diverted from family court, providing mental health services across home, office, and telehealth settings. Responsibilities also include completing all required documentation to standards and actively participating in supervision and collaboration with support services.

Candidates must be a virginia-Registered resident in counseling (Lmhp-R) or supervisee in social work (Lmhp-S), or eligible for registration; a qmhp-C with 5+ years of experience working with children and families is also considered. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, own vehicle, good driving record, and demonstrate a passion for serving youth and families with strong communication skills.
