Job Coach - PT (5862)

This position involves directly supporting clients with barriers to independence in their community jobs by training, supervising, and modeling work procedures. The job coach will aid participants in teaching basic work habits and attitudes while helping them develop goals and implement assigned tasks.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate of arts degree can substitute for the experience requirement. Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid iowa driver's license, auto insurance, and successfully pass criminal, motor vehicle record, and abuse background checks.
