Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a passion for helping young children, demonstrating patience, dependability, and energy to actively engage in play, along with a desire to learn new skills. While rbt certification is preferred, the center offers support for earning certification, and physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
