Teacher's Assistant

The assistant will help create an exciting and challenging experience for children with special needs by teaching cognitive, social-Emotional, and motor skills throughout the day. This role involves working within treatment rooms alongside teachers and therapists to ensure each child's needs are met in collaboration with their families.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a cda being preferred, and ideally have one year of classroom experience working with developmentally at-Risk children. Essential abilities include effective communication, strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
