Expanded Learning Program Counselor

The expanded learning program counselor supports the social-Emotional well-Being and development of students in the after-School program through individual and group counseling, risk assessment, and family outreach. This role involves collaborating with school-Day staff and providing professional development to after-School staff on topics like de-Escalation and trauma-Informed practices.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, along with a services credential specializing in pupil personnel services. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of successful k-12 teaching or counseling experience, and possession of a valid california teaching credential.
