Perinatal Program Educator Specialist - Outpatient (Part-Time, Day Shift)

This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate perinatal care delivery, recommend changes based on best practices, and coordinate formal and informal education and simulation training for caregivers across the system. The specialist will lead efforts to standardize clinical practice, policies, and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes while managing a program with a moderate budget.

A high school education/Ged or equivalent is required, though an associate's/Technical degree in nursing or equivalent experience is preferred. Required certifications include basic life support (Bls/Hs-Bls/Rqi bls), and preferred certification is the comprehensive perinatal services program provider overview training.
