Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead preschool teacher will lead a mixed-Age montessori classroom, observing children closely to support their physical, intellectual, and emotional development through individualized lessons. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the classroom environment, providing instruction in practical life, literacy, and math, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Candidates must possess a montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or be willing to obtain sponsored certification, along with experience working with children aged 3–6 in a group setting. A bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education, plus required ece or child development credits, are mandatory.
