Trabajador social

The social worker is responsible for providing a holistic space for children, youth, and families that promotes early childhood development, socio-Emotional well-Being, and psychosocial development through emotional wellness modules and child development workshops. Key tasks include supervising socio-Emotional well-Being, conducting thorough family needs assessments to design personalized intervention plans, and coordinating necessary services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, hold a social worker license issued by the puerto rico examining board, and be an active member of the puerto rico college of social workers. Required knowledge areas include curriculum design, human psychology, therapy/Counseling principles, and sociology/Anthropology, alongside strong decision-Making and documentation skills.
