Chaplain

The chaplain develops and leads a comprehensive spiritual life program, including weekly worship services and study groups, while providing hands-On emotional support to approximately six hundred residents across all living levels. This role involves coordinating pastoral care, planning memorial services, and serving as a confidential resource for residents, families, and staff.

Candidates must possess a master of divinity degree from an accredited theological seminary, along with a minimum of three years of experience in pastoral care, including worship leadership. Essential qualifications include being an ordained minister endorsed by a christian denomination and being board certified or eligible for certification by the association of professional chaplains.
