This position assists in implementing the overall conservatory operation under the Program Director, helping to deliver safe, fun, and age-appropriate program activities for campers. Key duties include ensuring programs run smoothly, assisting in program development based on camper needs, and coordinating related activities.
Candidates should have the ability to meet attendance requirements, read, write, and communicate in English, and possess physical endurance for activities like climbing, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. One year of progressively responsible experience in youth program administration and development is preferred, along with CPR and First Aid Certification.
