Coach

The coach is responsible for the day-To-Day operations and physical environment of the gym, utilizing mind body software, understanding all services and equipment, and ensuring child safety during open play. Responsibilities also include working one-On-One or one-To-Four with children during break times and assisting with activity implementation and setup/Cleanup.

Candidates must demonstrate enthusiasm for working with all children, possess previous experience working with children, and have at least a high school diploma or be enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of high school. The role requires comfort handling challenging behaviors like biting or hitting, and weekend availability is mandatory.
