Childcare Aide

The primary responsibility is serving as a friendly classroom aide, working with children of all ages from infants to school age. This role involves shaping the future of young children through teaching and support within the early learning academies community.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess specific early childhood education coursework (Edu 119 and 12+ hours or current enrollment). Previous experience in a childcare center is highly preferred, alongside a genuine love for teaching and the ability to meet all state and federal licensing requirements.
