Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will conduct behavioral assessments, design evidence-Based goals, and supervise registered behavior technicians (Rbts) while ensuring compliance with insurance standards. Responsibilities also include conducting regular parent training, participating in clinical meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing practices.

Candidates must be licensed as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess at least a master’s degree in a related field such as aba, psychology, or counseling. One year of experience working with children on the spectrum is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
