Cognition and Learning Teacher

The teacher will instruct courses focused on executive functions, metacognition, and structured literacy, while collaborating with the english department on course design and support. Responsibilities also include meeting with students regularly, documenting progress, and providing tailored academic skill instruction.

A bachelor's degree in special education or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience teaching high school students. Candidates must understand and apply information from psychoeducational evaluations and ieps, and have experience with various learning disabilities.
