Family Success Network Family Coach

The family success network family coach provides direct services including administering screenings, home visits, parent education, resource management, and family coaching to help children, youth, and families meet life challenges. Responsibilities also involve managing a caseload of up to 30 families, developing prevention service plans, and collaborating with community partners.

A minimum high school diploma is required, though a college degree is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with families. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, flexibility, knowledge of community resources, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
