HR Recruiter

The hr recruiter manages the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating pre-Employment activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves partnering with leadership to align hiring with the college's mission and developing strategic sourcing pipelines through various outreach methods.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential abilities include demonstrated knowledge of full-Cycle recruiting, understanding of employment law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel between campuses.
