Core responsibilities
In a resident capacity, the physician provides direct patient care within practice restrictions, collecting, prioritizing, and synthesizing comprehensive medical data to evaluate and interpret patient situations. Responsibilities include providing education, consultation, and intervention (Treatment plans) to patients and their families while functioning collaboratively within the care delivery team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a doctoral/Ph.d. Level advanced degree in doctor of medicine, doctor of osteopathic medicine, or foreign equivalent, with 0 to 2 years of experience in the designated specialty area. Required credentials include a current and unrestricted minnesota state medical residency permit, dea certificate, prescription monitoring program certificate, and npi upon hire, along with acls/Bls and potentially pals/Nrp certifications.
