Behavior Technician (BHT) Per Diem

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients in various settings, implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) interventions under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, and maintaining accurate data records.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong communication skills, along with the ability to remain calm during challenging situations. Preferred qualification includes six months of experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, and reliable transportation is mandatory for travel.
