Behavior Technician (BHT) Per Diem

Work one-To-One with clients in clinic, home, or school settings, implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Collaborate with families and treatment teams, collect data, and foster therapeutic relationships.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation. Preferred experience includes 6 months working with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, along with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
