Child Care Worker Summer Temp

The child care worker supports the classroom teacher by reinforcing safety, managing classroom resources, implementing behavior models, and instructing children in various group settings. This role also involves supporting parents by establishing positive communication and mutual care practices for the children.

Candidates must obtain a current cpr heartsaver aed certification within 90 days of hire and possess good communication, interpersonal, phone, and customer service skills. One year of documented experience in a child care setting is preferred, and the role requires physical ability to lift 50 pounds and spend significant time standing and walking.
