The youth development attendant will supervise children in the ymca youth development center, ensuring their safety and well-Being while providing enjoyable childcare in line with ymca policies. Responsibilities include maintaining constant visual and auditory supervision, planning activities, and performing general housekeeping duties.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and working towards a high school diploma or ged, with cpr certification required within 90 days of hire. Previous childcare experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to effectively supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
