Youth Athletic Group Leader- Basketball Enrichment

The athletic group leader is responsible for planning and facilitating a structured basketball enrichment program, acting as a coach and mentor to promote youth development through athletics. This role involves ensuring student safety, academic accountability, and adherence to program standards through structured skill development activities.

Candidates need an associate's degree or equivalent credits with experience working with children, or a high school diploma plus one year of relevant experience, along with sensitivity to multicultural settings and adolescent development issues. Successful completion of cpr and first aid training, along with acceptable background clearances, is mandatory.
