Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker

The worker will provide psychiatric rehabilitation services both facility-Based and in the community, focusing on enhancing participants' knowledge and skills for living, learning, working, and socializing. Key duties include facilitating groups, providing individual support, participating in rehabilitation plan development, and maintaining accurate daily documentation.

Candidates need an associate's degree plus one year of mental health direct service experience, or a high school diploma/Ged with two years of human services experience (One year in mental health direct services), or cprp certification. Essential competencies include strong communication, detail orientation, computer skills, and the ability to work independently and travel locally.
