Group Leader at MTS Spark After-School Program

The group leader is responsible for supervising students and ensuring their safety while facilitating structured academic, recreational, and creative activities. They also maintain program routines, track attendance, and support student engagement and community recruitment efforts.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with youth in an after-School or community setting is highly desired, along with the ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting.
