Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday (8: 30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Join our Early Childhood Center in Woburn, working with children ages 2–6, including children with autism and related developmental needs.

Our program offers a warm, school-like setting where children participate in daily classroom routines such as circle time, play, communication, social skills, and structured learning activities. Dependent on schedule, staff may also support Social Skills groups run out of the same location.

A Day in the Life

Each day in our Early Childhood Center is structured, engaging, and centered around helping children learn through both intensive teaching time and group classroom experiences.

A typical day may include

  • Greeting students and helping them transition into their day
  • Supporting circle time, group activities, and play-based learning
  • Providing intensive teaching (1:1 ABA instruction)
  • Facilitating or supporting small group instruction and social skills activities
  • Collecting data and tracking student progress
  • Collaborating with BCBAs and team members
  • Creating a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment

Schedule • Full-Time and Part-Time available • Monday–Friday • Hours between 8

  • 30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No evenings or weekends

Compensation & Benefits • Full-Time Salary

  • $42,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Part-Time

Hourly Rate: Higher hourly rate for schedules under 35 hours/week

Qualifications
