Job description

⭐ Looking for a BCBA role that focuses on meaningful progress, strong-team support, and a sustainable schedule—not just volume?

Join our Early Childhood Center serving children ages 2–6 in a warm, classroom-based environment where clinical quality, collaboration, and child development come first.

Step away from high-volume models and into a role focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and meaningful skill-building for children.

Schedule • Monday–Friday • Typical hours between 8

  • 30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups
  • No weekends

Compensation • Salary

  • $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and role fit)
  • 10% annual bonus opportunity (paid quarterly)
  • Bonus eligibility based on maintaining an average of 27 billable hours per week
  • A Day in the Role
  • Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
  • Work within a play-based classroom setting
  • Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
  • Model strategies during real-time teaching
  • Review data and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team
