Join our Early Childhood Center serving children ages 2–6 in a warm, classroom-based environment where clinical quality, collaboration, and child development come first.

Schedule • Monday–Friday • Typical hours between 8

  • 30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups
  • No weekends

Compensation • Salary

  • $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and role fit)
  • 10% annual bonus opportunity (paid quarterly)
  • Bonus eligibility based on maintaining an average of 27 billable hours per week
