SBHC Therapist

The therapist will create patient-Centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment and case management, assess clinical needs, and perform comprehensive biopsychosocial diagnostic evaluations. Responsibilities also include participating in team-Oriented patient care, integrating behavioral health with primary care, and engaging in collaborative crisis management.

Applicants must be licensed or license eligible to practice in massachusetts (Psychology, lcsw, licsw, lmhc, or lmft), with clinical supervision provided if not independently licensed. A doctoral or master’s degree is required, along with experience treating diverse populations and collaborating with community agencies.
