Special Education Teacher

Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering instruction aligned with massachusetts curriculum frameworks, implementing differentiated strategies, and developing, implementing, and maintaining individualized education programs (Ieps). They must also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor student progress, and support behavior plans within a structured classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human services, or a related field, along with experience working with children or individuals with disabilities. Applicants must also demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with computer systems, and hold a valid driver's license, with licensure requirements needing to be met post-Hire if not already licensed.
