Fishers YMCA - Youth Sports - Activity Leader - Track and Field

The activity leader will assist the program director in implementing youth programming, focusing on fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth while demonstrating core ymca values. This role also involves providing leadership and assisting with staff supervision in the director's absence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working with youth is preferred. Essential requirements include strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
