Kinship Education Coach

This role involves offering individualized support to kinship families regarding parenting challenges, accessing early childhood education, and managing child behavior using specific strategies. The coach utilizes an adapted keep model to guide caregivers in strengthening parenting skills and improving outcomes for children aged 0–8.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a master's preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of experience working with families and young children, ideally in a coaching or home-Visiting capacity. Candidates must possess knowledge of child development and trauma-Informed care, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
