Responsibilities include developing strengths-Based service plans, teaching life skills, maintaining documentation, and fostering a welcoming, supportive community presence.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess applicable education, training, and experience to perform effectively, ideally including experience working with youth/Young adults in fields like foster care, housing, or juvenile justice. Required competencies include strong youth engagement, relationship-Building, communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to obtain first aid/Cpr and hiv blood borne pathogens training within 30 days.
