Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision, playing a crucial role in helping clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data, assisting with assessments, providing 1:1 direct aba therapy in a home setting, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must possess a registered behavior technician certification or be a behavior technician (Strongly preferred) and ideally have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory.
