Behavioral Health Specialist

The specialist guides and supports youth in their personal, social, and educational development, focusing on implementing daily schedules and fostering a positive peer community using tbri strategies. Responsibilities include engaging youth, assisting them in meeting goals, maintaining a safe environment, providing therapeutic interventions, and participating in required meetings and training.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate's degree or higher is preferred, along with at least one year of experience serving at-Risk youth or in a residential program. Candidates must also possess current cpr/First aid certification and a good driving record.
