Adult Care Specialist

The specialist will build meaningful connections with youth, implementing strengths-Based goals to help residents move toward independence and stability. Key duties include supervising residents, teaching real-Life skills, providing therapeutic support as outlined in service plans, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a trauma-Informed mindset committed to equity. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working with at-Risk youth or in a residential setting.
