Job Coach

The job coach will supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities to acquire necessary skills for successful employment, including performing specific tasks and work routines. Responsibilities involve teaching independent job skills utilizing job task analysis and working side-By-Side at the job site to break down requirements into manageable components.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of full-Time work experience in employment or a related field. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory record is required, along with the ability to analyze jobs, exercise good judgment, and maintain composure in crises.
