PART-TIME AFTER SCHOOL COUNSELORS (Afternoons Hialeah location)

This part-Time role involves teaching, nurturing children, and maintaining the group area in an after-School setting, including supervising breaks and tracking daily attendance records. Counselors are responsible for developing and following weekly activity schedules that align with the ywca's curriculum framework for child development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and are required to complete 45 hours of dcf childcare training, registering for the first course within 90 days and completing all training within 12 months of hire. Additional requirements include first aid/Cpr training, annual in-Service training, and passing a level 2 background check and pre-Employment drug testing.
