Core responsibilities
The speech-Language pathologist will provide play-Based, evidence-Informed therapy to infants, toddlers, and young children in home, community, and clinic settings, focusing on speech, language, and feeding needs. This includes partnering closely with families using a coaching model for birth to 3 services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in speech-Language pathology and hold the required license to practice in the state of wisconsin. The ideal candidate values early intervention, family-Centered care, and achieving functional, meaningful outcomes.
