Pediatric Physical Therapist B-3/OP

The pediatric physical therapist will provide b-3 and outpatient pediatric pt services in home and community settings, evaluating motor development and creating individualized treatment plans. They will collaborate with caregivers and maintain documentation of goals and progress.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school with at least a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and hold the necessary certification or license to practice in wisconsin. Experience working with children and families in natural environments is preferred.
