What is an RBT? As a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll be using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to create positive change in the lives of children. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in their home or community settings, all while receiving PAID TRAINING TO BECOME AN RBT!
